People often ask me how I got involved in Time Management. Well, some time ago, struggling with social anxiety and complete overwhelm (from well, life) I found solace in productivity. Concepts around time management, attention management, systems and structure gave me a sense of accomplishment and I started feeling less anxious, less stressed and less tapped out.
A whole new *brave* world opened up for me and I discovered that my super-power is organisation.
So what does any newbie super-hero do? Dedicate themselves to mastery, of course!
Now I can say, it’s truly my calling and I’ve become a passionate Time Trainer and Goal Strategist, doing my best work with overwhelmed professionals who have the world on their shoulders and are looking for a way to do life differently.
