I work with clients who yearn to be a human BEING. Who want to do time their way or overhaul the way they approach time. My ideal clients are multi-passionate, creative, sensitive, critical thinkers, who prefer to make their own way.
When I was in my 20’s I would regularly wake up in the early morning and run through my to-do list. Before I had even rolled out of the bed I’d be reorganising my priorities and I could feel the familiar waves of anxiety swelling in my chest.
My Mondays to Sundays were overscheduled. From a breakfast catchup or meeting to work and then out for lunch and then exercising after work before heading off on a date or another catchup, getting just enough sleep and then overstuffing Saturdays with chores, more socialising and personal development. All so I felt that I was living. There was no downtime, no time for blue-sky dreaming. My life felt far from fulfilling, in fact resentment was becoming a familiar feeling as I lept from task to task to event to event.
Now, I’m committed to helping others use their 168 hours a week in a healthy way that satisfies all passions and human needs. It breaks my heart when I hear of people rushing, cramming, or forgetting to get to their priorities.
