I’m the creator of the Time Management School.

I work with clients who yearn to be a human BEING. Who want to do time their way, who want fuller lives outside of the 9-5 way. My ideal clients are multi-passionate, creative, sensitive, critical thinkers, who prefer to make their own way.

I can relate to them because I used to be trapped in the typical 9-5 way of living, experiencing anxiety, despair, and drudgery. This led me to over-schedule my days, desperately seeking a fulfilling life. My journey into personal development became a deep dive, where I collected tools to break free from the typical 9-5 grind. This exploration allowed me to find balance in the crucial areas of my life.

Now, I assist others in considering their 168 hours a week holistically, helping them avoid the anxiety, despair, and “my soul is dying” feelings that I once felt. By sharing the tools and insights I’ve gathered, I aim to guide my clients towards a more holistic and fulfilling life.

Module 1

After this module, you will know how IN or OUT of balance your life is feeling right now. You’ll define your life categories and set up your time study here (ready for use in Module 4). This enables you to identify what is working for you and what’s not working for you with your current systems of managing your time.

Module 2

After this module, you will have a full understanding of your Unique Relationship with time. You’ll be able to articulate what IS working and what is NOT working in your life and see where your time strengths and weaknesses may lie. You’ll start to understand how your energy cycle and your relationship with time are intertwined. All of this deep work enables you to address the areas of your life that aren’t flowing so smoothly and celebrate and learn from the areas that are.

Module 3

After this module, you’ll have enjoyed three sessions at TMS and have a range of information and data at your fingertips to use in crafting a unique plan for your schedule enabling you to feel fulfilled and productive at the end of the day.

Module 4

After this module, you will be in a better position to make adjustments to create the life you want through your time study, reflection and budget analysis. This enables you to be the master of your destiny and feel in control of your time.

Module 5

After this module, you will have defined and gained clarity of your big-picture goals and selected activities to help you achieve those goals. This enables you to build a schedule around your own priorities and choices reflecting your best life.

Module 6

After this module, you will know how to utilise your calendar and have a schedule plan that is built around your own custom set of priorities and choices. You will also have embedded your goals and activities into your schedule plan. Tweaking it until all the pieces fit. This will help you create the balance you need to bring renewed energy and satisfaction to every part of your life.

Module 7

After this module, having tweaked your schedule plan you’ll be on your way to bring renewed energy and satisfaction to every part of your life. You’ll also work on routine-building skills – specifically focusing on your AM/PM routines. This enables you to share your energy and attention across all areas of life that are of importance to you.

Module 8

After this module, you will have the technical skills to protect your balance and the commitment to continue living life your way, on your schedule. This enables you to use simple but effective time management skills to gain confidence and enjoy your *every* day.

Module 9

After this module, you will be able to hone in on the strategies presented to master your relationship with time. This enables you to say yes to more of what lights you up, and no to the things that drain you.
