It’s the end of the day and you’ve arrived home. Kicked off your shoes and changed into the comfiest things you have. But then you think, what’s for dinner? You’re tired, feeling unmotivated and kinda itching towards getting take out but… you had takeout last night. And the night before… You’re spending money but also trying to save money. I understand that urge and have succumbed a couple of times myself. But I started meal prepping, and it is fantastic! It takes is a bit of effort to get into the habit of meal prepping. Sometimes cooking feels a bit like a chore. But food keeps us functioning, it fuels our bodies which in turn positively affects our businesses and achievements.
